My fifth and sixth properties are older (no rehab required by investor) with a 1-year warranty provided by Nouveau Riche (Real Market Experts). NR taught me to use my IRA for do this 7th deal. I bought two other property (my 9th & 10th deals) and presently working on two more deals. I can get you deals like these if you are interested.
