The requirements are intended to encourage professionals to maintain their training and stay up-to-date on new developments. Now, Nouveau Riche is pleased to offer approved classes for Continuing Education Credit (CEC)!

As a Nouveau Riche University student, you'll be able to select from 39 courses you want to take on the days you want to take them! Working with your Student Advisor in a one-on-one capacity, you will be guided through a system that combines your personal knowledge with investing preferences to customize your education. How do we do it? Through a rich and diverse curriculum; created by an extensive research process; designed by notable, outside consultants and developed by experienced, real estate investors. I have been an instructor at Nouveau Riche and taught "Building Your Team" class from 2006 to 2008.
The Structure
Our colleges enable students to select courses within various curriculum paths. At the heart of this curriculum is found a "tried and true," scientifically-proven, educational process, known as Instructional System Design (ISD). In simplistic terms, ISD is an instructional strategy, based upon identification of the instructional problem of a learning objective. In other words, ISD helps determine HOW you should learn WHAT you want to learn. Each Nouveau Riche college course has been designed to teach you "how-to" real estate investment concepts and strategies. Understand the advantages and disadvantages of several short-term and long-term real estate investment strategies. Experience a dynamic education in the midst of like-minded people who share common goals and interests. Participate in case studies, classroom discussion and role-playing exercises that will aid your information retention. We'll help you build your confidence while learning the procedures, concepts and rules of the real estate investment game. Better yet, we'll be there to support you as you put your education into ACTION.
Online Classroom Video Streaming
You asked for recorded classes on video, you got it: ONLINE CLASSROOM VIDEO STREAMING! Video On-Demand Distance Learning for most of College courses, more to be added. This compliments onsite classes that will be video streamed into your home or business. Regents Tuition Students will have the ability to start class the same day as the tuition order completes! By they way… it's FREE for all Regents Tuition Students!

Coaching Program
Consisting of six consecutive weekly ½ hour personal coaching sessions, Renatus’s Coaching Program assists students from all walks of life at various levels of investment experience in more rapidly expanding their knowledge and ultimately their investment portfolios. Designed to help you make more informed investment decisions, the program establishes a firm foundation for investing in real estate.
The Coach works in a one-on-one capacity with each student sharing knowledge of investment strategies that support a long and productive investment career. Balancing information with action, the Coach breaks concepts down into small, easy-to-understand components and delivers the information with the motivation, confidence, and insight that enables students to take action. While the topics and content may vary based on each student’s unique needs, current coaching topics include: Introductory Goal- Setting, Understanding Your Marketplace, and the Property Analysis Wizard (P.A.W.)™. Then, depending on your real estate goals, you will move into more specialized topics such as: Pre-Foreclosures/Foreclosures, and REOs; Wholesaling; Buy and Hold; Short Sales; Fix and Flip/Rehab; Lease Options; Subject To; and Tax Liens and Deeds.
A typical Coaching curriculum for a novice investor with a Buy and Hold strategy may look like this:
